TIME: 9:00am - 10:15am (If it rains, class will be held at my yoga studio)

Saturday Outdoor Yoga Classes

Saturday classes held at Wheaton Tau Center (www.taucenter.org) located at 26W171 Roosevelt Road (Entrance #5), Wheaton, IL 60187 (map).

Meet at the entrance 5 parking lot (outdoor, weather permitting). Bring your own yoga mat and whatever you need for comfort. Payment can be made in the form of a check made out to Patricia Essig or cash. In the event of inclement weather, class will be held at my yoga studio.

Contemplative Retreat for Women

The Contemplative Retreat for Women will be held at The Siena Retreat Center in Racine WI on Sunday, July 19 - Saturday, July 25, 2026. Yoga and Spiritual Direction are included in this retreat. See www.sienaretreatcenter.org/retreats/contemplative-retreat/ for more information.

  • Arrive 15 minutes early to set up.
  • Advise me if you have restricted movement from an injury or surgery.
  • Do not wear perfume or cologne.
