Saturday Outdoor Yoga Classes

Saturday classes held at Wheaton Tau Center (www.taucenter.org) located at 26W171 Roosevelt Road (Entrance #5), Wheaton, IL 60187 (map).

No yoga class Feb. 8 2025

Meet at the entrance 5 parking lot (outdoor, weather permitting). Bring your own yoga mat and whatever you need for comfort. Payment can be made in the form of a check made out to Patricia Essig or cash. In the event of inclement weather, class will be held via Zoom.

Contemplative Retreat for Women

The Contemplative Retreat for Women will be held at The Siena Retreat Center in Racine WI on Sunday July 20th through Saturday July, 26th, 2025.   • Advise me if you have restricted movement from an injury or surgery.
  • Do not wear perfume or cologne.
